In the wake of the pandemic, many under-resourced communities across Los Angeles County remained unaware of the critical support available to them through millions in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. With over 80 programs in need of visibility, the County faced a significant communications challenge: how to effectively reach diverse populations with timely, relevant information.
OBJECTIVE
Engage historically disadvantaged communities by highlighting Los Angeles County’s commitment to expanding digital connectivity and access to essential services and resources.
