SDG&E’s Supplier Diversity department needed to boost participation in its internal Ambassador Program, a key initiative designed to help employees identify and refer diverse suppliers to the company. Traditional outreach methods were no longer effective, and a new approach was needed to drive engagement across departments.
OBJECTIVE
Increase enrollment in SDG&E’s internal Ambassador Program among 400+ employees, empowering staff to support the company’s inclusive procurement efforts.
Wicked Bionic created an engaging multi-level training experience that made the program easy to understand and act on—helping employees feel confident in recognizing opportunities and supporting supplier diversity from within.
